What is aeration costing you?

Why this is the load to look at

Aeration dominates the energy bill at a biological works because air is forced into the process continuously, often well beyond what the load actually requires. That makes it the single biggest controllable cost in treatment, and the first place to look when energy and carbon need to come down.
